CleanCities BioDiesel, Inc. [CCBD]. CCBD will produce biodiesel, a renewable fuel produced from de-gummed virgin plant oils, animal fat or waste cooking oil and sell this fuel to customers throughout Central Florida and large commercial accounts statewide.
The Tampa production
facility will be located in Hillsborough County with access to the key transportation
corridors. The corporate and accounting address is 2315 Messenger Circle Safety
Harbor, FL 34695.
The 2000 census show the State of Florida with an approximate population of
16 million with 3 million in the Tampa Bay Metro area, with Central Florida
population now exceeding 6 million with thousands being added each month.
The production
technology provider will design and install all biodiesel processing machinery
and related equipment for the Tampa Bay facility, comparable to other facilities
that it has developed in other US configurations. CCBD will design the Tampa
Bay facility to produce 3.5 million gallons of biodiesel its first year -
scalable up to 9 million gallons of biodiesel per year thereafter.
Objectives
To build and operate a Tampa Bay facility that produces ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) certified biodiesel fuel and to distribute that fuel to Tampa Bay and Central Florida.
To develop regional
partnerships and alliances that will contribute to CleanCities Biodiesel objectives
of supporting local government, truckers, Tampa's cruise and shipping industry,
businesses, and motorists by producing and supplying highest quality biodiesel
fuel from locally and nationally sourced material.

State of Florida.
